Care Consultations

While Alzheimer’s New Jersey does not provide Case Management, we do offer Care Consultations that can provide the opportunity for the primary family caregiver and other family members to receive more personalized guidance and support than may be available through a call to our Helpline. Care Consultations are available by appointment and are scheduled for 1-hour by phone, in-person or by video conference.

Care Consultations can assist with:

In-depth discussion on specific topics related to Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Problem solving related to issues such as changes in behavior and communication when a loved one has dementia.
Identifying the next steps as you plan for the future.
Connecting you with local, community-based resources
