I lost my mom, my best friend to this horrible disease. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. With my health issues her Dr. said I wouldn’t be able to take care of her 😭. I was at the nursing home daily. I called in the am and pm. The last time I saw her she was able to tell me she loved me. I was amazed. My daughter told me to take a day off & she went to see my mom. The next day I got a call. Where r u? Said I’m putting my boots on. On my way. Two minutes later my dear mom was gone. I said to her it’s okay to go mom. I’ll find a way to stay in touch with you.
